Design Sketch, Sea Mist

Sketch on board, with title "Sea Mist" written in pencil on the front of the board. A dress or top and skirt ensemble. The top is collarless and sleeveless and has vertical lines from neck to hem. This is either piping, stitching or the pattern of the fabric. The full skirt is full length and in a dark colour with an inverted pleat at either side of the skirt front.
