Hier ben ik met mijn jongste zoon in het Philips van Lenneppark op de dag in 1987 dat hij zijn eerste communie deed. Hij is in Nederland opgegroeid en is nu 24 jaar, maar wil heel graag in Spanje gaan wonen en werken. Vaak vraagt hij mij: ‘Waarom zijn jullie naar Nederland gegaan?’ Want als hij naar zijn ooms en tantes kijkt die in Spanje zijn gebleven, dan ziet hij dat zij het net zo goed heb…
