Datura stramonium (Thornapple). Also called Jimsonweed
A large annual plant up to one metre high. Has irregular pointed leaves and single trumpet flower of white or purple. The fruits are green spiny ovals which split when ripe to reveal crinkled black seeds. All parts poisonous. Plant ingestion can lead to death.
