Prof. Poniatowski's expedition
Siberia has always tempted travelers and explorers. It attracted with its uniqueness and inaccessibility. The first scientific expeditions to Siberia began at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. One of them was the expedition of the Polish ethnologist and anthropologist Stanisław Poniatowski (1884-1945).
