Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy

In this exhibition the symbolic and also metaphorical associations between fashion and the superhero is explored. The exhibition features not only haute couture but also movie costumes and high-performance sportswear using these as a platform to illustrate how the superhero serves as a metaphor for fashion and its power to transform the human body.
