Column of Ishtar gate
Column for possibly a statue located at the northern entrance of the Ishtar gate in Babylon. It is the only remaining of four columns documented. Built with bricks, it dates back to the Neo-Babylonian era, specifically the Period of Nebuchodonezzar. Digitised by participants (Noor) during the Tech 4 Heritage workshops in Babylon, Iraq.
