Bread, cake and pastry exhibition

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the students' association of the Bakkersvakschool in Groningen, this association organises an exhibition where the most modern machines in the field of dough processing are demonstrated. Various bakers knead dough and make and bake loaves of bread or cakes. The exhibition also shows some fairytale representations made of bread and chocolate.
