IIIr obsah rukopisu rukou 14.-15. století In isto volumine continentur tractatus sanctorum doctorum diversi et multi, titulus eorum in fine habetur libri s dvěma poznámkami k obsahu rukou 16.-17. století, na témže listu kromě současné i škrtnutá starší klementinská signatura XI.D.21. Uvedený obsah rukopisu je zapsán na f. 326v. K přednímu přídeští je přilepen papírový dvojlist s obsahem rukopisu rukou 18. století, pořadí jeho stran je Ir, Iv, přední přídeští. Přímo na předním přídeští záznam o koupi kodexu rukou 15. století A quadam clauda penestica in foro sancti Galli pro XXXV grossis.
