Mincer
This is an early mincing machine made circa 1871 by Falcon. It was used by the donor's mother and grandmother, and last used in 1962, when it was donated to the Museum. It was used in Woodmancote, West Sussex, and by the family in both Northamptonshire and Staffordshire.
