Cotton wrap
This long wrapping cloth ('ba'a salira) is wrapped to the left or to the right, so that the striking kepala woven with gold thread is visible at the front. The more than 3 metre long band is wound tightly around the waist several times, to hold the heavy woven cloths ('ba'a boba or 'ba'a suje). These are too long and are folded down over the wrapping cloth (under the bath or velvet jacket).
