This compilation film includes images from the first five years of the 20th century. The film is a collection of urban scenes, journeys along inland rivers, images of everyday life, and portraits of children and adults, often dressed in traditional costume. In the scenes, we can make out Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam, Marken, and the Vecht.
