Request to Organize Religious Celebrations

Request sent by the then President of the Israelite Community of Barcelona to the local authorities to be allowed to have a public gathering to be able to celebrate religious celebrations. During the Franco dictatorship the right of freedom of association did not exist as such and any public gathering needed prior approval by the local authorities
