Kranj - Mestni vodnjak
Kranj – City Fountain
The bronze masks on the fountain represent the rivers Sava and Kokra and are the work of sculptor and Prešeren Award laureate Marko Pogačnik. On top of the column, an eagle, the coat of arms of Kranj, stands on a golden sphere representing the prosperity of the city. The column bears a verse by Prešeren and a plaque describing the history of the fountain.
